This page contains Cutediy Store’s terms and conditions. We strongly recommend reading this before ordering any products, because if you purchase from us, it means that you have agreed upon these terms and conditions

Registering a Cutediy Store Account. To register an account (“Cutediy Store Account”) on the Website, you must be over thirteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided on registration by updating your personal details in order that we can communicate with you effectively. We reserve the right to refuse registration of any account name that violates a trademark or may mislead other users. In addition, by registering with Cutediy Store, you agree that we can use any of the address and/or contact method you provide to us (including information submitted when you place an order) for promotional purpose related to Cutediy Store.
We assume no risk or liability and shall be exempt from all liability if you have not read these terms and conditions in whole or in part, even if allowed to do so.
Personal Information
As stated in our Privacy Policy, all the information you provide us with or we obtain in other ways is collected to ensure a smooth ordering and delivery process.
Payment
Until payment is made, all the products remain the property of Cutediy Store. We leave ourselves the right not to send the items if the payment has been rejected or there have been any other issues regarding it.
The price we apply to your order is the one that was set on the day the purchase was made. Shipping expenses are shown before the confirmation of the purchase. Your credit card information is not stored, so the entire payment process is completely safe & secure.
The orders placed on the Website are subjecting to being charged with import fees, taxes, custom duties, related package handling fees and/or any other relevant charges required by the corresponding designated country and/or the organization(s) that handle(s) the shipment / delivery of the orders. None of these charges are included in the price that you pay on the Website. Items cannot be sent as gifts, and your purchase may or may not have these charges, depending on the policies of the designated country and/or the organization(s) that handle(s) the package. If any of the said charges apply, you may need to pay for them to the respective collection authority in advance of receiving your purchase. You should check with any related authority of your country (or the designated country of the order) for any charges required to receive the goods you order from Cutediy Store. Cutediy Store is not responsible for any of these charges, and would not refund on item(s) returned to us due to unaccepted / undelivered and/or any other reasons unless otherwise agreed with Cutediy Store in advance.

Delivery
Please note that customs/import fees are not included in our services. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are imposed in accordance with the regulations of the country to which the goods are being shipped.
Shipping / Delivery of Your Order. The delivery type “Standard Shipping” is done via international registered articles while the type “Express Shipping” is sent via various courier services such as but not limited to FedEx, DHL Express.
The way the package is presented to the recipient will depend on the postal service provided in the designated country. Most of the time packages are delivered by postman to the address and require the recipient to sign to receive the package. However, this may not be applicable to some countries or particular areas in the country and recipients may sometimes be required to pick up the package from the postal service’s office. Please contact the national postal service of your country to check the way packages are delivered.
Since shipping is often affected by the processing time of the Customs and delivery standard in the destination country, the estimated delivery date indicated on the Web site is strictly for reference only and shall not be regarded as a commitment. Cutediy Store does not guarantee orders to be delivered by a particular time, and shall not be liable for any direct / indirect loss caused by delivery issues. If there is a necessity to check the status of the article in the destination country with local postal service, you will need to carry out the enquiry on your own and Cutediy Store will not be responsible for any fees (such as communications) incurred.
Orders may or may not entitle free shipping. For the free shipping offer that Cutediy Store provides, the type of delivery to be adopted will be “Standard Shipping” unless otherwise specified. Free shipping, if offered, will be applicable only to the first shipment of the order. If the first shipment is not received and a re-shipment is required, re-shipment fee will be required in such cases. Reasons for shipment being unable to receive may include but not limited to, wrong recipient information and/or address provided during checkout (which will appear in the order confirmation email), recipient unable to pick up the package from local postal service. Exemptions of re-shipment fee may be granted for situations such as article being lost by the postal service, or the product is found to be defective when received. All shipping fees paid are non-refundable.

We are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there’s anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.
Legal right of cancellation
You may cancel your order by contacting us at contact@cutediy.store.
Depending on where you live, you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“CCRs”) or equivalent consumer legislation in Hong Kong. This means that, during a certain cancellation period, if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep the purchased products, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the order. If you have already received your order, you will need to return the items you wish to cancel to us. Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item of good quality remain the responsibility of the customer.
And the order additional fees such as customs or taxes may need to be paid for the return and you are responsible for paying such additional costs.
WARNING: Personalized products are one of a kind and has been manufactured only for you. Therefore we can not exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer’s defect.
Returned items must not have been worn or used and must be in their original condition and keep the labels, they will be inspected once received. And it is your responsibility to ensure that returned items are properly packed so as not to be damaged during the return journey. In the event that a returned item arrives in inadequate conditions, in this case, we will not be able to proceed with the refund. Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing an order.
If we do not receive your cancelled order, we may arrange a recovery at your expense.
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity: e.g. we suspect someone is actually using their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning excessive amounts of items or the items returned don’t match what you ordered – then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts.
Returns and refunds
If the items do not comply with the quality requirements or you have received wrong items, you shall have a right, in accordance with the procedure provided for by law, that the items should be replaced to the correct quality or you have a right for refund.
If you want to return the defective or wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the order at contact@cutediy.store. If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defective, or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.
We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.
Cutediy Store will cover all the shipping expenses for returning the defective or wrong items.

Your Cutediy Store account
You, as a customer, are responsible for the information that you are providing on our website.
A customer must not use the account unlawfully or rudely or in other ways that may cause harm to Cutediy Store.
We leave ourselves the right to remove or suspend your account if we notice any signs of suspicious activity. Using someone else’s Cutediy Store account without their permission is strictly prohibited.
Warranty
We undertake to sell you items of excellent quality.
The items are guaranteed for terms provided by applicable law.
Our guarantee of quality does not limit or restrict your rights under applicable law in the event of the purchase of defective items.
Use of the Website
We forbid you to use this website for any of the following purposes:
- Breaching any laws or uploading unlawful, vulgar, or abusive material
- Interfering with others’ use or enjoyment of this website in a negative way
- Copying designs or other content that is Cutediy Store’s intellectual property
- Using content uploaded by other customers without their permission
You must not misuse or tamper with the website, i.e. hack, introduce viruses trojans worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful material or carry out denial of service attacks, etc., or otherwise mess with Cutediy Store’s tech or functionality, or steal Cutediy Store’s customer’s data.
You are also prohibited from using automated systems or software to extract data from our website.
You will be responsible for Cutediy Store’s losses if you breach these provisions. You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cutediy Store, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use (or misuse) of this website or your breach of these terms.
We do not warrant and shall not be liable if the website is unavailable at any time. You acknowledge that Cutediy Store is not responsible for the internet access services.
Availability of the Website. Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services at the Website will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the services will be fault-free. If a fault occurs with the Website you should report it and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as it reasonably can. Your access to the Website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can.
Third Party Websites. The Website includes links to other websites and webpages (“Third Party Websites”). We have not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material made available through the Third Party Websites to which the Website links and that link to the Website. We do not have any control over the Third Party Websites, and will not be responsible for their contents, use, privacy policies, or practices. By linking to a Third Party Website, we do not represent or imply that we endorse such Third Party Website. Limitation of liability
You understand that when using the Website, you will be exposed to content from internet sites or sources outside the Website, and that we are not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such content. Cutediy Store shall not be liable if you do not receive the sent information or confirmation messages due to internet connection, network disruptions of the email service providers, messages sent to the SPAM directory or incorrect data that you provided to us.
Dispute settlement and applicable law
You represent and warrant that your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with our privacy policy, the Agreement (in particular, these Terms and Conditions) and all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including.
Miscellaneous.
